We’re taking a 360 approach to wellness with a challenge that offers fitness, nutrition, and guidance for your mental well-being led by our expert personal trainers, our partners at EatLove, and the one and only mindset coach and author, Petra Kolber.

Through a series of exclusive monthly webinars, accountability/check-in sessions, AND Facebook / Instagram LIVE interactive social media Q&As, Petra will help our Fit Won’t Quit Check-In Challenge participants recognize and constructively root out the perfectionistic impulse to be critical and harness the power of our own internal resources, willpower, and habits.

September 1 – The Fit Won’t Quit challenge begins!

All Premium+ members are automatically entered into the challenge. 

Every Monday throughout the challenge.

November 31 – The Fit Won’t Quit challenge ends.
