Get a full body workout that delivers results...fast.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes a 5-station circuit with a warmup and cooldown, and your choice of a 30-or 50-minute class.

Our class sizes are capped at 10 members, so you’ll always receive one-on-one attention from our certified personal trainers.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

Get lean, toned and fit…FAST. Using light to moderate weights, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout with scientifically proven moves, plus encouragement, motivation and great music. 

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE

This new generation yoga class will improve the well-being of the mind and body.  Expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. 

LES MILLS BODYATTACK

Challenge your limits in a good way with BODYATTACK – a combination of athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping and body weight strength exercises like push-ups and squats.  

LES MILLS BODYSTEP

Feel liberated and alive! Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. 

Zumba

Dance party! Our high intensity cardio classes combine dance moves with basic strength training to improve coordination and muscle definition.

Yoga

We have yoga classes for every fitness goal, from strength training to relaxation. Our certified instructors help you discover the connection between poses, breath, and the best shape you’ve ever been in.

Sweat & Sculpt

Our ultimate fat-burning workout combines cardio and strength training with weights, bands, and your own body weight to build strength and increase endurance.

Cycle

Get lost in a cycling journey through mountain terrain and enjoy flat road options, time trials, interval training — and the perfect inspiring music to get your heart pumping.

Globetrotters

For active members of our Senior Fit-i-zens program in Boca Raton, Fl, Globetrotters provides social interaction and mental stimulation through a “tour of the globe”: Participants walk the equivalent distance from the Eiffel Tower to the Grand Canyon. Each member receives a YouFit pedometer and “passport” to track their steps.

Barre

Inspired by classical ballet moves, this class focuses on high reps of small, precise movements particularly targeting the legs and glutes.

This ultimate fat-burning workout mixes cardio and strength training including weights, bands, and your own body weight, all set to upbeat music.

Step & Tone

A combination of lower body step workout with added hand weights make this class a full-body burn!

SilverSneakers®

YouFit offers several exercise programs for seniors, including SilverSneakers®, to give members 55 years and older access to a social and physical activity that reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke and increases mental awareness, flexibility, mobility, and strength.

Cardio Kickboxing

This high-energy workout is perfectly safe — all punches and kicks land in the air — but it’s still a dynamic, high intensity workout from start to finish.

Step

This classic lower body workout combines dance moves with strength training.
