Full body workout with extra focus on shaping, toning, and tightening your glutes and abs.

Full Body Strength (formerly HIIT+)

Circuit training that targets every part of the body to build strength, add lean muscle, and get toned. We’re taking HIIT to the next level!

Stretch & Recover

Give your body the reward it deserves with this class that focuses on breathing, foam rolling, and flexibility exercises. . It’s a perfect way to cool-down or enhance recovery.

Alternate between rounds of running, jogging or walking on the treadmill with rounds of strength training. This workout is everything you need to have your body looking, feeling and performing at its best.
