    Small Group Training and group fitness classes are included in Premium+ and Premium memberships.

    We offer Group Fitness Classes and Small Group Training for Premium+ Members (and any new Premium member who joined after August 1, 2024). The types of fitness classes offered vary by location. To view the small group training and group fitness classes available at a gym near you, click here.

    Pickleball is included in Premium+ and Premium memberships. Premium+ members receive complimentary equipment rentals, while Premium members will be charged a small fee for equipment rentals – $4 for paddles, $3 for balls.

    • Yes, Premium+ members have unlimited guest privileges and can bring one (1) guest with them each visit. Premium members who joined before August 1, 2024, have guest privileges. Premium and Premium+ members get 50% off guest passes. Guests are welcome to participate in group fitness classes and play pickleball for a $5 fee.

    The pickleball court is located in the Group Fitness studio, also known as the GX classroom. Premium+ and Premium members can play pickleball whenever a group fitness class is not in session.

    You can rent pickleball paddles and balls at the front desk. Premium+ members receive complimentary equipment rentals, while Premium members will be charged a small fee for equipment – $4 for paddles, $3 for balls.
