Group Fitness Classes

HIIT+, Les Mills BODYFLOWâ„¢, yoga, Zumba, cycle, and more. YouFit group fitness classes are taught by certified instructors, with modifications for every level.

Olympic Weightlifting

Go big or go home! Our Olympic weightlifting platform is perfect for experienced lifters but also beginners. Get your deadlifts and barbell squats done at YouFit.

Indoor Pickleball

Grab a friend (or 3) and meet us at our indoor pickleball court. Pickleball improves hand-eye coordination, movement patterns, muscle strength, and mood.

Cardio Machines

With an endless collection of cardio machines, from treadmills to ellipticals, you’ll never have to wait to get your workout in.

Indoor Training Turf

Pivot and stretch without skidding or slipping ever again. Our training turf provides stability to easily absorb changes in weight or pressure.

Circuit training that targets every part of the body to build strength, add lean muscle, and get toned. We’re taking HIIT to the next level!

Zumba

Dance party! Our high intensity cardio classes combine dance moves with basic strength training to improve coordination and muscle definition.

Silver Sneakers

Calling all seniors! Have fun and move to the music with exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement for daily living. This class uses free weights, elastic bands, and SilverSneakers balls for added resistance  – optional, of course!

Sweat & Sculpt

Our ultimate fat-burning workout combines cardio and strength training with weights, bands, and your own body weight to build strength and increase endurance.

Now you can play America’s fastest-growing sport at select YouFit locations near you! Pickleball is a combination of tennis and ping pong – and fun for everyone. Seriously, anyone at any fitness level can play, so grab a racquet and a wiffle ball and we’ll see you out there.
