What do I need for my first day working out at YouFit?
Wear comfortable clothing (no jeans, please) and bring your headphones if you want to rock out. If you plan on using our lockers or showers, make sure to bring a lock, towel, and toiletries. That's it!
Community health adjustment: Under normal circumstances, amenities like showers and lockers are open. But health and community guidelines have temporarily closed these amenities. Additionally, some communities require members to wear face masks for their workouts. Please contact your local club for guidance if you are unsure of your community's guidelines.
What is the minimum age to workout at YouFit?
Children as young as 13 may exercise in our clubs. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 must have a parent or guardian accompany them. Teens 16-17 can work out unaccompanied, but a parent or guardian's signature is required at registration.
What time does YouFit close?
Each of our health clubs has unique hours to give our members as many options as possible to schedule their workouts. Visit the webpage for your local club or give us a call to confirm hours, notices, and amenities.

Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! Upon enrollment, all members are given documentation that outlines any and all charges, so there are no surprises. Membership materials can also be emailed - just ask!
How much is the annual fee?
The annual membership dues vary by membership type. Please refer to your membership packet for more information.
How do I cancel my membership?
We're sorry that you're looking to cancel your membership, but we are here to help! Please visit your local YouFit to complete the cancellation process. If you are unable to cancel in person, you can cancel by mail. To do so, please send your written cancellation request by mail to 4032 W. Hillsboro Blvd.,Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 with the cancellation fee that applies to your membership.
