What do I need for my first day working out at Youfit?
We're so excited you're stopping by! Whether you're giving us a try with your free gym pass or you're already a member (awesome!), you'll want to be prepared for your first visit to our health clubs. Make sure you're wearing comfortable clothing to work out in (no jeans, please) and that you've got your headphones if you'd like to rock out to your favorite music while working out. If you plan on using our lockers or showers, make sure to bring a lock, towel, and any toiletries. And that's it!
Community health adjustment: Under normal circumstances, amenities like showers and lockers are open. But health and community guidelines have temporarily closed these amenities. Additionally, some communities require members to wear face masks for their workouts. Please contact your local club for guidance if you are unsure of your community's guidelines.
Does Youfit Offer Child Care?
Yes, many of hour health clubs offer in-house child care. For participating clubs, child care is available for $10 for the first month and $7 a month for any additional child. You can get a great workout without having to find a babysitter with our gym child care services.

What is the minimum age to workout at Youfit?
Children as young as 13 can stop by with a workout. For those 13-15 years old, you'll need to work out with a parent or guardian present. Teens ages 16-17 can have their own membership and work out on their own, but a parent or guardian's signature is required to complete the membership sign up process.
What time does Youfit close?
Each of our health clubs has unique hours to give our members the best flexibility for their workouts. Be sure to visit the webpage for your local gym to see the latest regarding hours, notices, and amenities. When in doubt, give us a call to confirm hours. We hope to see you soon!

Are there any Youfit hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees associated with your Youfit membership. Upon enrollment, all members are given documentation that outlines any charges so there are no surprises. Membership documentation can also be emailed.
How much is Youfit's annual fee?
The annual membership dues vary by membership type, please refer to your membership packet for more information about any dues.
How do I cancel my Youfit membership?
We're sorry that you're looking to cancel your membership, but we are here to help! Please visit your local Youfit to complete the cancellation process. If you are unable to cancel in person, you can cancel by mail. To do so, please send your written cancellation request by certified mail to 1350 E Newport Center Dr Suite 110 Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 with the cancellation fee that applies to your membership type.
Can I freeze my membership or freeze it again?
If you are not comfortable coming into the gym yet and you would like to freeze your membership or freeze it again, we’re here to help. Please contact your local gym to extend this freeze or call 888-Youfit-1 from 9am-4pm Monday through Friday so we can assist.
