At YouFit Gyms, we take a strict stance against biases and system inequalities affecting any and all minorities. I.D.E.A. is a task force created with the mission of creating a diverse and inclusive committee to steer the culture of the company.
Our mission is to show up; and to ensure that all of our team members feel heard, included, and empowered to speak up when there’s an issue, opportunity for us to improve, or just need someone to talk to. We believe that everyone fits in at YouFit, and remain committed that everyone is treated with the equal amount of respect and with dignity.
